Bokononism
The words were a paraphrase of the suggestions by Jesus: ” Render therefore unto Ceasar the things which are Ceasar’s.”
Bokonon’s paraphrase was this:
“Pay no attention to Ceasar. Ceasar doesn’t have the slightest idea what’s really going on.”
